Its a cheap brand and you get what you pay for. You can get better, but not for the same price. With-in the price range they are the best. Yet there is so much you can demand in terms of performance when you buying this cheap.

I purchased Dell laptop almost 2 years ago in NZ. It started having a blue screen issue. Contacted JB store, they put me onto Dell service centre, who over the phone assisted with troubleshooting. This didn't help and they decided to dispatch the technician to check it over onsite, he replaced the motherboard. Great and prompt service.

I recently bought A ALIENWARE m15 R4 laptop from dell few months ago. when it first shipped it ran really hot. I had used the full system reset. called dell customer service Mariana Trejos. she remoted into my ALIENWARE and installed missing drivers, and the recent updated BIOS. after she updated BIOS the system heating went down tremendously. Mariana Trejos communicated with me the whole process and helped me resolve my issue 10/10. my experience with dell support was outstanding. when you buy the ALIENWARE m15 R4 laptop make sure to fully reset the system, run all updates, call dell support and have them remote in and do following, install new BIOS install all missing intel drivers.Run software stress tests after installing BIOS and drivers, and then shut down system boot up hit F12 to get to diagnostics. fair warning watch to make sure your laptop is plugged into a good wall outlet. after all that the system should run perfect. I highly recommend to communicate with dell support, if you have a bad support just simply hang up and call again and eventually you'll get a outstanding support like Mariana Trejos. bare in mind reviews and also after email survey help dell to better themselves so I highly recommend completing the links.

I had some troubles regarding the warranty but their support service was polite and courteous. I've fixed everything and keep buying from them.
