I placed an order for my husbands birthday and received it within 4 days. Their products are great quality. My husband basically wears exclusively Lulu Lemon and even he agrees the quality is great, albeit sizes are a bit more narrow. I bought him a mask that started tearing after first use. I emailed customer service and they got back to me within 1 business day to replace the item. OF NOTE - their emails go to junk folder or “promotions” tab in gmail and so for that reason I didn’t see their response for several days. They fixed the problem quickly and efficiently with very few questions asked.

I have had no issues at all with this brand! I buy these for my boyfriend who has a really long torso, big shoulders, big neck, and a man sized belly. He fits the XL perfectly, and he loves all of their shirts. They last forever, they don’t shrink in the dryer, the color stays really well, and they’re always bettering their brand. Love these shirts all around!

I am 5'10" 155 pounds and athletic. Bought drop-cut t-shirt and snow wash long sleeve, both in small. Fit is excellent for me. A little big in the arms but gives a little classier look when your biceps are not bulging out of the shirt IMO. The Lux seems a little stiff but smooth to the touch, will need to see how it wears. Next time will buy the BYLT Blend. Eight days from order to delivery, I am spoiled by Amazon, so 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

Great Customer Service Experience!I had one of my tanks ordered from BYLT come with weird dimensions. Simone from BYLT was able to arrange an exchange for me after I provided a quick picture of the problem. Very easy communication and straight to the point. I loved the hassle free process to get this fixed. I am looking forward to receiving my exchange soon. Customer service is an important factor, so I am greatly pleased with my purchase.

I have been ordering from Bylt for the last 2 or so years now. I am a very big fan. I am 5'10 190 pounds but muscular I often straddle the line between being either suffocated in a medium or swimming in a large. However with Bylt I never seem to have that issue and get the perfect fit 90% of time. I have had some trial and error but for the most part am very satisfied with customer service when I do need to make an exchange. Lastly I was not very excited about the push for the Lux blend over the bylt blend at first but after adding more to my closet I believe it is a superior shirt. It fits a bit better and is more versatile if I want to workout in it.Overall if your on the fence give these folks a shot you wont regret it.

Fast shipping. I got several of the drop cut lux shorts. Once you find the size that fits you (they run a little long and slim), they are great shirts. Love the quality and feel. I suggest you give them a try. If you like that look, you might like them.

I have to say, this company blew my mind with how attentive they were with an order and a mistake I made! They got on it right away and I can’t wait to gift my husband with this!!

I have ordered several times and had decent customer service, good shop times, and quality products.I’ve had T’s for over a year and they are going strong. I blew out a pair of their pants within a year and probably will not be ordering those again from them.

I’m mixed about their product. I’ve bought shirts from them before and like everyone they run small and fit a slimmer long torso best. So, I wouldn’t get their tee shirts. On the other hand I bought both their fair way pullovers. First, was the storm and then I like it so much I got the black. My last order I wanted to try the tee shirts again so I got the medium v neck drop cut. Came in and once again too long and the v neck is really wide, so I was going to return it but after seeing all the review answers I will just eat the cost and save the hassle.
