Having never used the platform I was apprehensive initially. To my pleasant surprise, the item I ordered and received was as described, shipped quickly and packaged safely. Overall great transaction.

Last Christmas I bought my young grandson an I-pad from Back Market. It was an older model (my grandson is only 9 yrs). He begged me for one because he loves to draw. I looked at new model prices and almost dropped down dead! But his mother told me about Back Market. She said everyone she knows loves the place and they're reputable. So I bought the I-pad. Came in carefully packed and looked brand new. I waited til now to post a review so he would have it for some months. He LOVES it, I'm happy with the purchase and will come back to buy more products. Very pleased that my purchase kept an electronic out of the landfill too!

I'm very pleased with my galaxy s10 plus. This is my second go round with back market. I brought my last phone in 2019. Great phone, great condition and excellent price. I don't see paying for a new phone that cost more than my mortgage lololol. I'll be back in 2 years to upgrade again. Thank you back market

I bought a refurbished iPhone XR. I LOVE the phone, no complaints, other than the fact that it likely has the original battery. When these phones are refurbished they replace many things that wear with time, all the way down to a new glass front. Why not replace all batteries, especially as they are 2-3 years old? My battery says it has 80% of its life. Come on, Back Market, at least have your contracts with refurbishers replace the batteries, as well. Otherwise, Back Market has been great, following up with me to be sure I am satisfied. Let's hope they read this. Thanks.

I received my phone very quickly after I order it and I bought it for fair it came with a few scratches on the screen but not noticeable when I put a screen protector on it, so far it works really well and I am satisfied.
